The mission of Bewoven Studio is to offer a selection of fiber art items and hand-loom textiles for the home and personal accessorizing. I have nothing against the big box stores because I shop at them myself, but when I want to treat myself or give something truly special and unique I always choose a piece that has been handmade.
Each item is finely handwoven and carefully finished. Some variations in yarn are to be expected with hand-loomed items.
Color reproductions of the woven pieces and swatches vary depending upon the monitor used.
Each eco-printed / naturally dyed scarf or shawl is one-of-a-kind so the available prints and colors will vary. Color reproduction will vary depending upon the monitor used.

Out of Stock Items:
If the handwoven item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please contact me. I will let you know how soon it will be before the item can be woven. Most items can be “off the loom” within two weeks
Payments are accepted via Square and PayPal.
Custom orders must be paid for before production begins.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail which allows for a 2-3 day delivery within the US. Each order comes with automatic tracking and $50 insurance. You will receive the tracking information when your order heads to post.
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. I am happy to provide any information to help you file a claim with USPS including tracking and delivery confirmation. You can file an online claim by visiting: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
At the present time I am not accepting international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All Sales are Final. While I do not offer full refunds, I am open to exchanges. Because each piece is handwoven and unique, you may find that you purchase an item as a gift and your recipient is not as thrilled with as you were. At your shipping expense, I am happy to exchange a gift for a different item or color.
Additionally, don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are unhappy with your order. I take great pride in my weaving but if you do find that something is severely flawed, I am open to an exchange. Let’s work together to come up with a solution!
